So, there’s a girl called Sashi here on tumblr who is suffering with a severe case of endometriosis.

This means that tumours and cysts develop on her ovaries and are crushing her uterus and intestines. It’s an extremely painful condition and also means that she cannot eat because there is no room for her to digest food. mooselikejagger explains in full here.

She has no insurance but thanks to her close friends and a multitude of fandoms, money is being raised to help fund the surgery she needs. Last number I saw was around $17K, which is phenomenal. 

The last update from Sashi told us we had collected 27.6k dollars so far! Our overall aim is 30k, guys we are really close to completing our goal! Only a day has passed and so many of you have helped with this miracle! Everyone is amazing, thank you so much. Let’s support Sashi until the end, together we can do this.
